Is that a typo? Please try "devkit-power --monitor-detail"

Please also try the following:
# ls -la /sys/class/power_supply/*/online
# cat /sys/class/power_supply/*/online
unplug AC
# cat /sys/class/power_supply/*/online

and attach the output
