When the network it's connected to is not suitable for the use of local
service discovery Network Manager displays a floating warning message
which the user must manually dismiss.  Having the message is useful but
requiring that the user manually dismiss it is overly intrusive as there
is nothing the user can do about it and it's disruptive if you're trying
to use that area of the screen.
