[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#639017: network-manager does not honor 'ask password everytime' option

The network manager does not honour the 'Ask password every time' option. Every
time I enter the password I select that checkbox. But when I reboot/reconnect
to the network it uses the old password and fails and then shows the password
dialog. I see that the 'Ask for this password every time' is unchecked. It
looks like this option is not persisted.
