[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#612254: Unable to connect to wireless network after upgrade

Hello, I experience virtually the same problem as Julien, except that the
device does not appear as disabled in nm-applet. Instead, it does show the
available wireless networks, but clicking on any of them does not result in any
action being taken.

I tried the following to no avail:

- Removing /etc/network/interfaces
- Setting managed=true in NetworkManager.conf
- Removing ifupdown from the plugins option in NetworkManager.conf

This makes it less likely an issue with the interfaces file. The syslog output
always looks like this:

Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (eth0): exported as /org/freedesktop/NetworkManager/Devices/0
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (eth0): now managed

Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (eth0): bringing up device.
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (eth0): preparing device.

Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): now managed
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): device state change: 1 -> 2 (reason 2)
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): bringing up device.
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): preparing device.
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): deactivating device (reason: 2).
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <warn> bluez error getting default adapter: No such adapter
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): supplicant interface state:  starting -> ready
Feb 20 09:42:42 jarre NetworkManager[17330]: <info> (wlan0): device state change: 2 -> 3 (reason 42)

It stays there until I restart network-manager. Like Julien, downgrading to
0.8.1-6 fixes it.
