This is another manifestation of the bug with upower causing the monitor
to blank every 30s or so which has already been reported as 613745 -
merging the two bugts (hopefully).

This only manifests on some chipsets (probably radeon only) - I'm
running upower quite happily on an Intel based laptop with no issues.
