Perhaps so, but myne did not have that set to 'yes' and I came across someone in Debian IRC with the same issue and this was the same fix for that person, which is why I filed the bug.

I reinstalled this before I could check that :( but it certainly was modified by me.

It did reinstall, and the new file did have that <allow_active>yes</allow_active> in there as you expected.

My drives are currently busy so I cannot test if this new file solves issues but I will do so tomorrow.
