Yes, that's the case. But since I'm using these bug templates for
multiple bugs, I've formulated them neutrally.

I don't think there's any hurry. I mostly filed the bug to track
it for Wheezy. If you're planning to do another upload before the
Wheezy freeze, simply add the bug closer to debian/changelog,
otherwise I'll file a binNMU request.
