When connecting to an IPv6 enabled network (SLAAC enabled, stateless
DHCPv6 tested both enabled and disabled) network manager fails to get a
stable connection.

This is repeated every few seconds, the main rate limiter appears to be
that a restart of lwresd takes several seconds, and is the main impact
on my system as it breaks DNS resolution in the interim
