Dear Maintainer,
In a new install of Debian Testing, the network manager applet (hopefully that is the correct package) doesn't automatically swich on when there is no wired connection.

Normally, this isn't a problem on an already running system, but if I am turning my computer on from a cold boot, if there is no wired connection, wireless should be switched on automatically.
