[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#693604: Why nothing done for this bug ?

  Hi,

  This bug has been reported for a long time (before wheezy release).
It is an important bug (tagged as such by Debian *and* it renders this
software unusable on any server with a few tens of cups printer files).
  And there exists a patch that fixes this problem for all people
that suffer from it.

  However, since then, nearly nothing occurs. Will the next release
still suffer from this bug ?

  What are the position of maintainers with respect to this bug? Do
they agree that the proposed patch should be applied? (I can prepare
and upload an NMU if maintainers agree but do not have the time to do
it).
