[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#742933: Stops managing network devices after a while, saying "unmanaged"

I've managed to narrow down the cause of this: looks like whenever I
close my laptop's lid, NetworkManager decides to stop managing network
devices, and then fails to start managing them again when I open it.
That's at least two bugs: it shouldn't stop when I close the lid (since
my laptop pointedly does *not* suspend on lid close), and even if it did
it should seamlessly resume.
