Package: network-manager-gnome
Version: 0.9.4.1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

   * What led up to the situation? -Attempting to connect to hidden
     wireless networks.
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)? -Changed the wireless network to not be hidden
     (turned on broadcast SSID).
   * What was the outcome of this action? -It verified that the issue is
with connecting to hidden wireless networks.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? -To be able to connect to a
network whether it is hidden or not.

Please note: Ubuntu claims this has been fixed in upstream since
0.8-a-git (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/network-manager-applet/+bug/431265),
however, that does not appear to be the case.

I may look into that patch and see if I can't fix this if and when I get
some time later.
