[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#803514: Accessibility: Blind people can't create new connection

When a blind try to create a new connection by clicking on Add button,
he can't reach The "Create ..." button.

Blind people use tabulation to navigate in form. For each tabulation,
Orca (a screen reader) read the text of focused button.

But on this form, when a blind navigate on "Create ..." button, Orca
read correctly "Create" but when the blind person press Enter it cancels
the form in place of validate it.
