[Pkg-utopia-maintainers] Bug#813364: Preventing users from rebooting / shutting down does not work

Hello,

is there any progress in solving this bug? Currently not only jessie, but
also even sid is still going with an obsolete policykit version which - at
least, it seems so for me - does not support the new rules syntax in local
policykit configuration files under /etc/polkit-1, with which I could
successfully reach my goal, and where the old .pkla style does not work
for my case.

If you think that I have done something wrong and that either the
rules-style or the .pkla-style should work, please give me a solution,
how.
