I can confirm that this is a breakage introduced in the 0.9.8.8
version on network-manager. Reverting back to 0.9.8.0, I do not see
the problem anymore.<br>
In fact, not just my dispatcher use case, but in general, there are
many issues related to VPN, reported in this new version of
network-manager.<br>
