[Pkg-vala-maintainers] Bug#530637: vala: FTBFS on Debian GNU/Hurd

Hi,

Vala currently fails to build on Debian GNU/Hurd because of 
unconditional use of PATH_MAX.  Here is a patch that fixes the issue.
