Dear Maintainer,

Currently libgee fails to build on the new architecture, as shown in the
following log for ppc64el architecture: 

http://ftp.unicamp.br/pub/ppc64el/debian/buildd-upstream/build_logs/logs/libgee_0.6.8-1_ppc64el.build

This is a patch that run autoreconf during the build avoiding FTBFS on the new
architectures (as ppc64el).
This bug provides a patch according to [1] recommendations.
