Change in mplayer calling script

Hello,

i use the vdr provided by ubuntu repositories with the vdr-plugin-mplayer. If more than one adapter (full-featured plus budget) exists in the system, there is a need to configure this adapter by VO=mpegpes:card=2. I modified the mplayer script, so it is able to detect the full featured adapter number automatically. This is very helpful, as the adapter number might change sometimes for several reasons. The VO option in the config file must be left empty for autodetection.

There is also a bug in the mplayer-call. The option -ao was missing, so mplayer uses the primary audio device for audio output and not the full featured adapter.

It would be nice if you can apply those changes to the packages in the repository.
