Wrong entries in scan/dvb-t/de-Koeln-Bonn

Hello,

this e-mail address is listed as the maintainer address for the Debian
SID package "dvb-utils".
The /usr/share/doc/dvb-utils/examples/scan/dvb-t/de-Koeln-Bonn contains
one bogus entry and is missing one frequency, please see the attached
patch for a correct listing.

And yes, I live in Koeln-Bonn ;)
