No - at least not because of vdrsync.

vdrconvert isn't very much fun to maintain, because it has a lot of
dependencies, that are not available in the official Debian. Besides
this the old version is very unstable and only hold together by a bunch
of patches. Unfortunately the new version 0.2.0 isn't in sight yet. The
upstream author is working on it, but hasn't released anything yet.

Maybe I will get my hands on the CVS-version - but at the moment I don't
have the time for it and I'm afraid packaging version 0.2.0 will take a
lot of time!
