Then after updating some more packages to the versions which are in unstable,
it works again:
[AKTUALISIERUNG] libxine1 1.1.12-2+b1 -> 1.1.14-1
[AKTUALISIERUNG] libxine1-bin 1.1.12-2+b1 -> 1.1.14-1

[AKTUALISIERUNG] vdr-plugin-xineliboutput 1.0.0~rc2-18 -> 1.0.1-4
===============================================================================

So there is a conflict between vdr 1.6.0-4 and
libxineliboutput-sxfe 1.0.0~rc2-18 or libxine1-xvdr 1.0.0~rc2-18.
