DVBT fr-Paris table modification

Hello,

I have noticed that the file /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/fr-Paris should be 
modified in the packet "dvb-apps".
Indeed the transponder 474166000 has been modified by the broadcaster,

 From : T 474166000 8MHz 2/3 NONE QAM64 8k 1/32 NONE
To : T 474166000 8MHz 3/4 NONE QAM64 8k 1/8 NONE
