It would be great if we could get a definitive release of dvb-apps of something more recent than version 1.1.1:
http://www.linuxtv.org/downloads/

We are/ have been pulling the current rev from 
http://linuxtv.org/hg/dvb-apps/, however a definitive release/ tagged version from upstream would be good from a package management/ configuration control perspective.
