Ehm ... I forget the "+ upload" part of the subject :-)

Could we upload vim 6.3-071+1? It seems that Norbert a while ago
prepared the upload (which now fixes several bugs and includes three
upstream patches) and asked for feedback.

I tested the package and it worked properly (at least the building,
console using and some transition tests for vim-full).

I fail to understand what's the status for:
1) the missing icon: is it a show-stopper?
2) the diversion bug: the last news I have on the subject is a quasi-fix
   ... for kvim postrm! Of course is too late for us for fixing kvim.
