Vim packaging currently use 'hand-made' patch handling, implemented in
debian/rules. I personally like a lot dpatch and I feel as unvaluable
the bonus given by dpatch-edit-patch.

What are your opinions on this subject?

Of course I volunteer migrating current vim's patch set to dpatch if
there are no objection in using it.

Cheers.
