I will first ask Joey or the other base-system responsibles, then if
they bother about the size we can try such a solution.

Indeed, that's why I included its support. Unfortunately it brings in
other features which aren't that needed (IMHO) in a tiny version,
especially autocmds which are useless without an installed runtime ...
