Hello,
The file /usr/share/vim/vim63/syntax/svn.vim contains the syntax for the
subversion commit message. Unfortunately the syntax only works with the
english subversion message.
The english message "--This line, and those below, will be ignored--" is
"--Cette ligne, et les suivantes ci-dessous, seront ignorées--" in
french.
I propose the included patch. The idea is to match "^--.*--$"
