spell files for vim7

Is there a reason the vim-spellfiles-ru package isn't sufficient?
I realize we currently don't have any easy way to discover those
packages, so you may not have known about them.

On that note, maybe we should have them Provide: vim-spellfiles and
Suggest: vim-spellfiles from the Vim packages.
