Bug#368457: vim-common: muttrc.vim highlighting needs update

While the muttrc.vim that comes with Vim 7 does support some extra
configuration options from common patches, it does not (and cannot)
support every patch to mutt ever written. Also, it supports mutt
syntax up through mutt version 1.5.11 (which is still the current
development release). As the maintainer of muttrc.vim, I try to keep
its syntax support up-to-date and I try to include options from very
popular patches, but I have to draw the line somewhere.

On Monday, May 22 at 08:46 AM, quoth Justin Pryzby:
>assumed_charset

This is from the assumed_charset patch by Takizawa Takashi, and is not
part of standard mutt.

>file_charset

This is from the file_charset patch by Takizawa Takashi, and is not
part of standard mutt.

>imap_cachedir
>imap_idle

These options are from mutt CVS, and have not been included in any
mutt release yet.

>maildir_mtime

This option is from the maildir mtime patch by Dale Woolridge, and is
not part of standard mutt.

>pgp_mime_signature_filename
>pgp_mime_signature_description

These two options are from the PGP-verbose-MIME patch by Michael
Prokop, and is not part of standard mutt.

>strict_mime

This is from the assumed_charset patch by Takizawa Takashi, and is not
part of standard mutt.

>xterm_icon
>xterm_set_titles
>xterm_title

These are from the xtitles patch, originally by Neil Townsend, last
modified by Alain Bench, and is not part of standard mutt.
