Bug#442865: vim: add support for ar/deb file browsing

Hi,

due a post on Planet Debian ([1]), I recently found this [2]
plugin for vim, which basically contains the functionality I asked for.
Is there a chance that this could be integrated into the Debian packages
of vim?
