Bug#454582: vim package broken on sarge (alpha)

dewanee address at onenetbeyond.org

Package: vim
Version: 1:6.3-071+1sarge1

When I invoke `apt-get install vim' I get the following:

$apt-get install vim
Reading Package Lists... Done
Building Dependency Tree... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
vim: Depends: vim-common (= 1:6.3-071+1sarge2+b1) but it is not going to
be installed
E: Broken packages

I am using Linux 2.4.32 #7 Thu Dec 15 20:39:23 CET 2005 alpha GNU/Linux

It seems to me just a silly filename problem. Hope you can solve it
quickly.
