[Pkg-virtualbox-devel] Bug#449502: virtualbox-ose: Debatable quality of the French translation

The French translation of VirtualBox user interface in French does not meet
the expectations one could have for decent quality software. It is full of
typos and spelling errors and is sometimes using poor terminology.

The Debian French l10n team would welcome helping improving this out...if
only the translation system was using something more modern than the current
XML file which does not allow using our usual translation tools.

Does upstream consider using gettext for i18n?
