I understand feelong and I am not too oposed for such "common sense" in
my heart.  

But that requirs Debian to change its basic distribution stance from
"binary distribution" to "binary and source mix distribution."  I mean
that "binary and source mix distribution" is a one which allows "kernel
module exception" on the top of current binary distribution.  Then tools
such as "aptitude" need to be changed. 

That kind of exeption may creates too many irregularities ... though.
