Heh, unloading kvm-amd and kvm before loading the vbox* drivers
helped! :) Thanks!

Hm, would you mind to document this in NEWS.Debian? Or install a
configuration file for modprobe that blacklists the kvm modules?

Having kvm and virtualbox drivers loaded at the same time never has been
a problem on my system until virtualbox 3.1.0. Of coure as long as both
drivers are not used at the same time ;)
