today i saw the 3.2.2-dfsg-1 upload containing git commit
7883de846e921401abf47f601f5c14f5699f96c2, so i downloaded the source
packages from incoming.debian.org, set X11_BACKPORT to "lenny" in
debian/rules, and got working virtualbox-ose, virtual-ose-qt, and
virtualbox-ose-source packages for lenny on amd64 (though
virtualbox-ose-source's virtualbox-ose.tar.bz2 was built in lenny, but
against kernel 2.6.32, which isn't in lenny).
