Dependency of virtuoso-vad-conductor on virtuoso-opensource ?

The dependency graph is a giant mess but currently it works. I haven't
put too much thought into it yet as it was mainly from Will Daniels
commits. A larger rework will certainly be needed.
Anyway, I don't think this is the only problem so there's no point
breaking things now. Other things will break it again anyway, such as
the hosting packages, ODS VAD split-up, sesame/jena interfaces, etc.
