We do have a SIP client with the kphone package,=20
http://packages.debian.org/kphone.  Asterisk can also act as a SIP client=20
with the console & chan_oss driver, but the UI isn't that great.

I haven't thought about this but should we be thinking of structuring the=20
Debian VoIP packages into some Virtual packages, for example Provides:

VoIP-client
VoIP-server
VoIP-h323-client
VoIP-h323-server
VoIP-sip-client
VoIP-sip-server
VoIP-iax-client
