Hi everybody,

there's a mailinglist at voip-select@voxgratia.org
(http://www.voxgratia.org/mailman/listinfo/voip-select) which was
introduced by Craig Southeren to replace the h323-select mailinglist.
This list shall provide a means to contact all VoIP upstream authors for
(primarily) Linux-software at once. I.e. if there's a problem with
openh323&gnomemeeting&gnugk interoperating, this can be queried upstream
with one mail to this list and all upstreams in question can comment and
help to solve this issue.

Currently subscribed upstreams:
- OpenH323/OPAL/PWLib
- GnomeMeeting
- GnuGK

We would be pleased to also see the other upstreams join this effort.
Namely:
- Asterisk
- Bayonne
- KPhone
- PBX4Linux
- Siproxd
- LibOSIP
and all others which i have obviously forgotten.=20

So please, you as maintainers, inform your upstream about this list.
It's *VERY* low traffic (at least as of now it's only 1-3 mails per week
- sometimes less), so it's not gonna impose a huge workload to process
it onto them. Yet the voip-field in general is currently working too
much against each other and upstreams are patching problems of others in
their sources instead of communcating the problem and have issues fixed
where they should be.

If that's ok for all on this list, we could also put pkg-voip (this
list) onto voip-select, too.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Best regards,
 Kilian
