new upload of pwlib, openh323, gnugk ready

Hi all,

i've prepared a new upload of pwlib/openh323 to SID (*doh!*), but this
was neccessary through gnugk. GnuGK 2.0.8 can only be compiled if pwlib
(and thus openh323) are rtti-enabled. This is standard from pandora on,
but for janus it was disabled by default.

So i've put pwlib 1.6.6-3, openh323 1.13.5-3 and gnugk 1:2.0.8-2.1 on=20
http://www.akademy.org/~kk/deb/sid/i386/

What's now to do by a DD is:
1.) grab the files
2.) run debsign on the *.dsc and *.changes files
3.) put them into the incoming queue of debian

I haven't yet prepared any asterisk and gnomemeeting, as i don't have
access to pkg-gnome SVN and asterisk isn't current in pkg-voip SVN. As
the rtti enabled packs must not be mixed with non-rtti enabled, i have
put a Conflicts, so there's no chance installing them together anyway.
