I tried with t38-0.70, but it uses some functionality which is specific
to pandora and I haven't been able to get it to rebuild under Janus.

I could get 0.6.2 to build under janus, so that is what I have uploaded
and tagged 0.6.2-3 in svn, which builds.

0.7.0 is currenty in CVS head and I'll leave that until we get the
archives into sarge and then upload pandora to sid.
