openh323 - Why is package X not in testing yet?

openh323 is not yet built on arm: 1.13.4-4 vs 1.13.5.4-3=20

We seem to be having some problem with the buildd on arm, as a result none =
of=20
our packages have been built there yet.

Is this an issue.

What should be be doing about it?
