arm binaries uploaded for asterisk and zaptel

I have built some arm binaries of the packages required for zaptel and
asterisk, my Zaurus PDA is pretty clever :-)
I beleive this was the short fall in the automatic migration from unstable
to testing of asterisk et al: (Although since the autobuilders couldn't
keep up I thought arm was being ignored for migration, but maybe not)

As this will be a major uplift in version into testing, could I ask other
maintainers to hold off uploading an new version of asterisk to unstable
until the current makes its way into testing. (in 3 days ?). Work should
still crack on in svn in the mean time.
