Bug#287025: asterisk: restart via CLI still not working

Followup-For: Bug #287025

Hello,
with latest version the problem restarting asterisk from init.d script
is gone, but the problem persist if I issue a "restart now" command from
the CLI.

Can you please reopen the bug?
