  At least on some hardware, this doesn't work with gnomemeeting.
Basically, the symptom is that Gnomemeeting can display a picture right
up until you make a network connection; as soon as you make a network
connection, it hands.

  Apparently the driver is buggy.  See:

  for a detailed description of the problem, and a workaround.

  (this bug report is being filed on behalf of a friend who is scared of
   the BTS, so expect long roundtrips if you need more information)

Ok, good to hear this is "fixed". I'm CCing the GM upstream to make sure
this is added in the FAQ if still missing or at least put into a more
prominent place. (at least a glimpse didn't reveal it being its own
point there)
