DUNDi support in Asterisk

Tzafrir,

My preference wouldn't be to try and backport a complex patch.

Rather if we want to start tracking upstream CVS, then we can use the Debia=
n=20
experimental distribution for CVS and unstable/testing/stable for released=
=20
versions of asterisk.
