Bug#318455: 'apt-get --purge remove asterisk' removes configuration files from another package

Package: asterisk
Version: 1:1.0.7.dfsg.1-2

Removing Asterisk with the command 'apt-get --purge remove asterisk'
removes the configuration files in /etc/asterisk which are not part of
the asterisk package. These configuration files belong to
asterisk-config. As a result, the user will have no configuration files
and the package archive will be broken if he ever wants to install
asterisk again since the package expects to see files in /etc/asterisk.

The solution would be to not allow asterisk to remove these files,
instead allowing asterisk-config.
