there's a new version prepared to be rolled out upstream and moreover
the "fix" is not removing zaptel.dpatch but to get zaphfc into YATE in
the first place. When I tried last I got only loads of compiler
warnings. If you have an NMU in the meantime, just throw that into the
archive. But please make sure this does build ok in a sane buildd
environment before producing more backscatter than helping.
