Small technical notes:

1. no need for zaptel-modules.modules . zaptel.modules is enough. There
may be several zaptel-module-* packages installed on the same system
(e.g: one for a 386 kernel and one for a 686 kernel). No need for their
separate modules files to accumulate.

2. what are debian/manpage.* ?

3. Is debian/zaptel-source.files needed in the svn?

4. zaptel-source still didn't build, because debian/control was not
   created. You need modules.control and not control

I haven't fixed it yet. I will in a number of hours.
