I was actually running it with php CGI.=20

The main setup issue to resolve is how to let the AMP code write to t=
he
Asterisk configuration.

I did not invastigate this. However the compiler required seems to be
ming:

  http://packages.debian.org/ming

I don't know why it was dropped from Debian, but it is certainly free=
,
to the best of my knowledge. Also note that it is only needed for the
client-side applet.

Another note: The flash operator panel is generally an independent
component. It is not part of the package amportal. It should not be.

The CDR stuff should also be removed out to a separate package
