Hey Folks-
It would be nice if you would put together a new ASTERISK package. The
version you are currently distributing has a broken MUSICONHOLD function.
It took me quite some time to figure this out -- oh, about 6 hours of
wasted time! The only fix was to downgrade to the 1.0.5 package that you
had previously used.
